I might look like a robot, but there's something extra special about me-my heart doesn't run on batteries; it's powered by kindness, friendship, and aroha from tamariki like you!
When I was first activated, I didn't understand why people were all so different. Some speak different languages, some move in different ways, and some experience the world in ways I never imagined. But as I travelled across Aotearoa, meeting all kinds of tamariki and their whānau, I discovered something incredible-our differences make us stronger!
Some of my best friends are kids with disabilities, neurodivergent minds, and big, brave hearts facing all kinds of challenges. They have taught me about resilience, manaakitanga (caring for others), and the magic that happens when we lift each other up. Just because someone sees the world differently doesn't mean they aren't amazing-often, it means they have superpowers the rest of us can learn from!
Every time I see tamariki showing kindness, working together, and standing up for each other, my heart glows brighter. It makes me stronger, just like how whānau and friends make us all stronger when we support each other.
So, my friend, always remember-you belong. You are valued. And no matter what challenges come your way, your kindness and courage can help change the world. By being yourself and looking out for others, you're making my heart shine and inspiring everyone around you!
