September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
It is a time of reflection and to shine the light on our superheroes their whānau and supporters.
It is a time to raise awareness of the gold ribbon and the strong connection it creates for whānau in Aotearoa and the world.
This year the Auckland City Sky Tower will Glow Gold on the 23rd and 24th of September 2022 and we are so excited.
Cheekee Hero has officially tagged up with Child Cancer Foundation to help amplify the Sky Tower Glow Gold cause and combine both our superpowers to truly make a difference.
We are so grateful that Child Cancer Foundation sees the value in what we are doing and is supporting grassroots.
As a whānau, Child Cancer Foundation has been with us every step of the way.
In some very dark times, they have supported us with a korowai of care and given us some really happy moments that we cherish.
Thank you Child Cancer Foundation.
Look out for that brilliant gold shining brightly over Auckland city for 2 glorious nights.
